Care Instructions
Care Instructions
WARNING: Please read and follow these instructions carefully before using the wooden wicks dough bowl candle to ensure your safety and the best experience.
- Caution: Burn within sight - Keep the candle in sight and never leave it unattended while it is lit.
- Keep away from flammable materials - Place the candle on a heat-resistant surface, away from any flammable materials, such as curtains, papers, or furniture.
- Burn in a well-ventilated area - Ensure that the room has proper ventilation to prevent the accumulation of smoke and to maintain air quality.
- Trim the wick - Before each use, trim the wooden wick to approximately 1/4 inch (6 mm) in length. This will prevent excessive smoke and ensure a clean burn.
- Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time - To prevent overheating, it is recommended to burn the candle for a maximum of 4 hours at a time. Allow the candle to cool down before relighting.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets - Ensure that the candle is placed in an area where children and pets cannot reach it, as the hot wax and flame pose a risk of injury.
- Do not move the candle while lit - Wait until the candle has completely cooled down before attempting to move it. The wax and container may be hot, which can cause burns or spills.
- Avoid drafts - Keep the candle away from drafty areas, as this can cause the flame to flicker excessively, potentially leading to uneven burning or an increased risk of fire.
- Discontinue use when 1/4 inch (6 mm) of wax remains - Stop using the candle when there is only a small amount of wax left to prevent overheating of the container.
- Use a snuffer or lid to extinguish the flame - Avoid blowing out the flame directly as it may cause hot wax to splatter. Use a snuffer or place the lid over the candle to extinguish it safely.
- Allow the candle to cool before handling - Wait until the candle has completely cooled down before touching or moving it. The container and wax can remain hot for some time after extinguishing.
- Allergy warning - If you have known allergies to specific scents or ingredients, review the candle's product description and avoid using it if necessary.
Remember, failure to follow these instructions may result in fire hazard, burns, or other accidents. Use the wooden wicks dough bowl candle responsibly and enjoy its soothing ambiance with caution.
